The role collaborates with departments, Directors, and staff to spot workflow inefficiencies, co-design AI and M365 powered solutions for enhanced efficiency and innovation, deliver empowering training/resources, and provide hands-on system administration support to the IT team.

  • Design and deliver engaging, audience-specific training programs and workshops (executive briefings for VPs/Directors, departmental sessions, one-on-one coaching), including live/virtual demos, practical use cases, best practices, security awareness, and change management guidance to accelerate adoption of Copilot and other Microsoft 365 capabilities company-wide.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 Copilot and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem, offering adoption coaching, troubleshooting, and guidance to drive utilization of AI and other productivity technologies, minimize legacy process reliance, and foster a company-wide culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and ROI tracking.

  • Promote safety and stewardship. Align with security, privacy, and compliance requirements. Escalate risks timely.
