Job Purpose:
- The AI Innovation Lead at CITY WIDE FACILITY SOLUTIONS will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader capable of integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex business challenges and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives to align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and innovations.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms to enhance business operations and decision-making processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Manage a team of AI specialists and data scientists, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth and development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and recommend adjustments to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations in all AI-related activities.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and implementing best practices in AI applications.
Requirements
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or data science roles.
- Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to implementation.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and think strategically.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
