Job Overview:

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how LPL Financial embeds AI into the core of how advisors and associates work. Sitting within the AI Delivery Office (AIDO) in the Transformation Office, this role is central to turning AI ambition into real, measurable outcomes-driving adoption, trust, and sustained behavior change at enterprise scale. You will help ensure AI doesn't just get built, but gets used, delivers value, and meaningfully improves the way work gets done.

The AI Change & Adoption Lead owns the people, behavior, and adoption dimension of LPL's AI transformation. This role ensures AI initiatives translate into durable changes in ways of working, decision-making, and productivity across advisors, operations, and corporate teams-linking adoption directly to business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess change and adoption impacts of AI initiatives at the use-case and portfolio level, including readiness, risks, and dependencies.

  • Design and execute AI change and adoption strategies explicitly tied to business outcomes such as advisor productivity, cost reduction, and cycle-time improvement.

  • Develop and deliver AI literacy and enablement programs tailored to executives, leaders, advisors, and operational teams.

  • Translate AI initiatives into clear, compelling 'what changes for me' narratives for impacted roles and personas.

  • Partner closely with AI Business Partners and AI Product teams to ensure adoption and change requirements are embedded into product design and rollout plans.

  • Establish adoption, usage, confidence, and trust metrics tied to specific AI use cases and enterprise KPIs.

  • Build and lead change champion networks and communities of practice to accelerate peer learning and sustain momentum.

  • Lead executive and enterprise communications related to AI adoption progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.

  • Coordinate with HR, Risk, and Compliance to ensure training, controls, and ways of working evolve in step with AI deployment.

  • Owns: AI adoption strategy, behavior change, enablement, literacy, adoption measurement, and sustained use of AI solutions.

  • Does Not Own: AI product delivery, model development, engineering execution, or enterprise financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • 8 plus years of experience in change management, transformation, organizational effectiveness, or digital adoption roles.

  • 2 plus years of AI, data, and analytics concepts with the ability to translate them for non-technical audiences.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Our ideal candidates pursue greatness, act with integrity, and are driven to help our clients succeed. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.

Core Competencies:

  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale change initiatives, ideally in regulated or complex environments.

  • Proven ability to link change and adoption efforts to measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in cross-functional, agile, or product-oriented environments.

Preferences:

  • Management consulting professionals with experience leading large-scale digital, AI, or operating model transformations.

  • Leaders from enterprise Transformation Offices or Strategy & Transformation teams with accountability for adoption and change.

  • Professionals from AI Program Offices, Digital Transformation teams, or Innovation Offices focused on scaling AI beyond pilots.

  • Change and transformation leaders from regulated or complex enterprises who have driven behavior change tied to measurable outcomes.

Pay Range:

$145,423-$242,372/year
