Job Details

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Oversee multiple AI engineering teams, ensuring effective execution and alignment with company goals; mentor engineering managers and senior technical staffPartner with senior leadership to shape engineering strategy and roadmap, including an ongoing agentic transformationManage large-scale, complex projects — prioritization, resourcing, risk management, on-time deliveryDrive technical innovation, especially in agentic loop engineering, and foster continuous improvementCollaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations as the engineering liaisonBuild, scale, and mentor AI engineering talent and leadership pipelinesEstablish and report on KPIs for engineering teamsOptimize workflows, tooling, and development processes using agile and DevOps best practices

WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's preferred)10+ years in software engineering, 5+ in leadership (director/senior manager level)Track record leading multiple teams on complex, high-impact projectsStrong background in systems architecture and cloud technologiesExperience with agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practicesExcellent communication and strategic thinking; comfortable with executive stakeholders
