Job Title: AI/Machine Learning Product Manager (Senior)Location: San Francisco, CARequired Clearance: SecretSalary: CompetitiveJob Summary:  We are seeking a senior-level AI/ML Product Manager to lead the development and management of our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, a proven track record in product management, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into impactful business solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution.Key Responsibilities: 
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI/ML products in alignment with the company's goals and market needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to develop and launch AI/ML products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
  • Prioritize product features, enhancements, and backlog based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, and ensure clear communication to the development teams.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, and integrate relevant innovations into the product roadmap.
  • Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding their needs and pain points, and translating these into actionable product insights.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product adoption.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on AI and machine learning products.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver successful products.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with business objectives.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with data science and machine learning tools and languages, such as Python, R, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with data-driven product development and A/B testing.
