Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Administrative Coordinator who enjoys making systems run better.

This role combines traditional administrative support with modern AI-powered workflow improvement. You don’t need to be a programmer—but you should be excited about using tools like ChatGPT and other automation platforms to eliminate repetitive work, improve efficiency, and help our teams operate smarter.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, customer-service minded, and energized by finding better ways to get work done.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Comfortable learning new software quickly
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for writing, research, process improvement, or workflow support
  • Experience documenting procedures or improving workflows
  • Experience with spreadsheets/reporting
  • Administrative or operations support experience
