Job Description
Role Summary We are seeking an AI Product Designer to help shape next?generation, AI?driven user experiences that make complex systems intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy. This role will play a key part in defining scalable experience architecture, elevating interaction and visual design, and translating advanced AI capabilities into accessible, human?centered workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross?functional teams to prototype, validate, and deliver intelligent product experiences that support real?world operational needs. In this role, you will design adaptive AI interactions, build high?fidelity prototypes, and create patterns that support trust, explainability, and user control. You will also lead research efforts, define interaction models, and contribute to the evolution of the design system to support AI?powered features across the product ecosystem.Key Responsibilities Design intuitive AI?driven experiences including conversational interfaces, predictive interactions, and personalized workflows Produce wireframes, user flows, and high?fidelity prototypes in Figma to validate concepts and guide development Plan and conduct user research focused on AI behaviors, usability, and system transparency Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and AI Research teams to define scope, constraints, and experience tradeoffs Develop trust and transparency patterns such as confidence indicators, explanations, and clear system status Address AI ambiguity by designing for failure states, edge cases, and graceful recovery paths Contribute patterns, components, and interaction models to the design system to support scalable AI experiencesKey Requirements 3 or more years of experience in UX or Product Design, including at least one portfolio example involving AI, chat, or voice interfaces Strong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and interaction exploration Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including model limitations and probabilistic behavior Experience designing conversational UI, predictive text, or adaptive user experiences Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and basic data science concepts Ability to communicate complex design decisions clearly to technical and non?technical stakeholders Strong grounding in interaction design, information architecture, and user psychology Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across product, engineering, and research teamsCall to Action If you are passionate about designing thoughtful, human?centered AI experiences, we encourage you to apply today.
