What You Will Do:

• Lead efforts to gather, draft, and finalize epics, user stories, and related functional and non-functional technical requirements on a multi-year software development project.

• Perform human-in-the-loop testing of new Artificial Intelligence-enabled (AI-enabled) software features related to intelligence document processing, purpose-built intelligence, and semantic/reverse image search

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

• Bachelors Degree

• Minimum FOUR (4) years experience gathering business needs and translating them into information technology system requirements

• Minimum FOUR(4) years of experience translating business requirements into end-user test cases for final IT solution validation events such as User Acceptance Testing or similar project milestones

• Excellent ability to draw out and thoroughly document user stories for IT software systems through client-facing interactions

• Keen attention to detail in the creation of functional and non-functional requirements and maintaining traceability to user stories

• Minimum FOUR (4) years of experience managing IT requirements in common development tools such as Jira and Confluence

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) AI services

• Automated software test experience

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
