Job ID: 111067-1 Job Title: AI Senior Program Manager Location: Oaks, PA Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: $50-$57/hr on W2/C2CSkills: AI Agents, AI & Gen AI - Products & ToolsExperience Required: 10 & AboveJob Description: The Senior AI Program Manager will lead the planning and execution of a portfolio of AI initiatives, ensuring that individual projects align with the organization's broader AI strategy, business priorities, governance requirements, and expected ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple AI initiatives from use-case identification through implementation and value realization. Establish an AI program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance. Coordinate business, AI engineering, architecture, data, security, legal, risk, and operations stakeholders. Establish a structured process for evaluating and prioritizing AI opportunities. Work with stakeholders to develop business cases and measurable success criteria. Track implementation cost, benefits, business outcomes, and AI ROI. Facilitate decisions on whether a use case should employ GenAI, traditional ML, automation, or conventional application development. Coordinate pilots and production implementations. Manage resource requirements, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues, and executive reporting. Establish repeatable program-management practices for scaling AI adoption. Drive executive-level steering committee discussions and decision-making. Architecture Design: Create high-level technical blueprints for AI platforms, covering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent orchestration, and model inference. Production & MLOps: Establish CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, drift-management, and auto-scaling rules across cloud or hybrid environments. Governance & Security: Embed cybersecurity, privacy controls, compliance rules, and Responsible AI practices into every deployment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software developers, and product managers to align technical execution with business outcomes. Technology Evaluation: Select optimal frameworks, vector databases, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hardware resources for specific workloads.Required Skills Strong technology program management experience across complex enterprise programs. Experience managing AI, GenAI, data, analytics, cloud, or digital-transformation initiatives. Understanding of AI development lifecycles and associated risks. Strong business-case development and ROI measurement capabilities. Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.Preferred Experience 12+ years of experience, including significant program leadership experience. Experience managing enterprise AI/GenAI programs. PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar certification is desirable.
