Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide AI strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and drive AI project roadmaps from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including executives, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure successful AI integration.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to recommend innovative solutions that enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and performance of AI initiatives across the organization.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation in AI, providing training and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in AI strategy development, machine learning, or data science leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading AI projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing, and related AI technologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with AI software frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms.
