Job Description
• Job Title: AI Technical Program Manager• Location: Leesburg, VA• Type: Contract (long-term)• Compensation: $150- 200K• Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI governance frameworks and risk management policies.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including service providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to deliver technical solutions on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and KPIs to ensure successful project execution.
- Establish governance processes, decision forums, and stakeholder communication channels to facilitate project transparency and accountability.
- Translate enterprise AI policies into actionable ServiceNow workflows, controls, and dashboards to support compliance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee integration efforts between ServiceNow and various AI platforms, model providers, and security tools to ensure secure and seamless data flow.
- Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage scope, schedule, quality, security, and compliance risks; resolve technical and operational blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
- Lead and mentor project teams and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Proven experience in implementing or leading enterprise ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) initiatives, including AI lifecycle management and governance.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB/CSDM, ITSM/ITOM, GRC/IRM, integrations, APIs, and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI and GenAI, LLMs, model lifecycle, AI observability, and related security considerations such as prompt injection and data leakage.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with AI platforms, security tools, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent program management skills, including development of plans, KPIs, and stakeholder management for executive reporting.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage multiple cross-functional teams and vendors effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, PMP, or SAFe/Agile are highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; advanced certifications in AI governance/risk are a plus.
