Change Management & Adoption

  • Champion AI adoption across MSFS by leading trainings, highlighting wins, sharing learnings, and supporting MSFS-wide change management efforts.

  • Partner with workstream leads to define and track adoption, effectiveness, and value metrics, including usage, accuracy, productivity impact, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Support rollout planning and communications across Fund Services, including stakeholder readiness, feedback loops, and clear messaging on what is changing, why it matters, and what is needed from teams.

  • Drive alignment and standardization across workstreams on priorities, metrics, timelines, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in financial services, operations, consulting, transformation, change management, or program management preferred.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive-level updates.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Interest in AI, automation, and business process transformation.

Success Measures

  • Senior leadership has a clear and trusted view of progress, risks, and key decisions.
