As a full-time employee of Contour, you are eligible for the following benefits and programs:
Insurance

Compensation Details
- The starting hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 and $25.00 based on your prior work history. Based on your performance, you are eligible to receive a step increase of $1.00 each year on pay anniversary date until you reach $25.00. Once you have reached the maximum pay rate, you are eligible to receive a retention bonus of up to $2,000.00 each year.
- When you work on a Contour observed holiday, you are eligible to receive holiday pay which is paid at 2 times your hourly rate. Specific information regarding Contour's observed holiday policy is outlined in our Employee Handbook which will be provided to you during the onboarding process should you be selected for employment.
- When you work in excess of 40 hours within the pay period, you are eligible for overtime, which is paid at 1.5 times your hourly rate.

Summary of Essential Duties
This position is responsible for performing interior and exterior cleaning of assigned aircraft, including washing, detailing, cabin servicing, and condition reporting. The incumbent ensures that aircraft are maintained in a clean, safe, and presentable condition in accordance with company standards and operational requirements.
The role requires the safe and proper handling of cleaning equipment and materials, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks within established timelines. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize aircraft interiors, including cabins, cockpits, lavatories, galleys, seats, tray tables, windows, overhead compartments, and other high-touch surfaces, using approved procedures and materials.
- Vacuum, spot clean, shampoo, and maintain carpets, flooring, and upholstery using designated equipment and products.
- Remove trash and debris and replenish designated cabin and service items as required.
- Perform exterior washing and detailing support, including cleaning windows and aircraft surfaces in accordance with approved methods.
- Inspect aircraft interiors and exteriors for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or other discrepancies and report findings to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies safely and in compliance with company procedures and applicable safety requirements.
- Coordinate with team members and other operational personnel to complete assigned work within scheduled timeframes.
- Complete required task documentation, report supply or inventory needs, and participate in recurrent training as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and passenger information.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain on one's feet for extended periods in both indoor and outdoor work environments, as applicable.
- Ability to reach, grasp, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements necessary to complete assigned duties.
- Ability to bend, stretch, squat, kneel, crawl, and crouch, including working in confined or restricted spaces when required.
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and work at elevated heights in a safe manner when required.
- Ability to hear, understand, and respond appropriately to verbal instructions, communications, and audible alarms.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving repetitive use of the arms, wrists, hands, and fingers throughout the workday.
- Ability to work safely in varying weather conditions and around moving equipment and aircraft, as applicable.
Work Environment
- Regular exposure to moderate to high noise levels in operational and maintenance environments.
- Regular exposure to cleaning agents, chemicals, biohazardous materials, and varying outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
- Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to changing environmental and operational conditions.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required based on the nature of the work being performed and the assigned work area.
- Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and properly utilize required PPE and safety equipment at all times.
