Job Opportunity: Airport Lineman

Are you ready for take-off? The City of Nacogdoches is searching for a dedicated and energetic individual to fill the full-time position of Airport Lineman. This is a unique opportunity to be the face of our regional airport, ensuring smooth operations for pilots, passengers and visitors year-round.

Your Role: Be a key player at the A.L. Mangham Jr Regional Airport. You will handle aircraft fueling and servicing, provide top-notice customer service and perform essential grounds and building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely fuel and service all types of aircraft.
Assist pilots and passengers (e.g. with luggage and courtesy cars).
Operate airport vehicles, including fuel trucks, tugs and mowers.
Perform daily fuel safety and quality checks.
Maintain the terminal buildings, grounds and parking lots.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to perform heavy manual work (up to 75 lbs. occasionally).
Experience in airport operations is preferred.
Must be able to work outside in weather conditions.
