No experience is required. Paid training is provided for all new employees. Prior airline/military related work in ramp/operations/provisioning functions and fluency in a foreign language are desirable but not required.

Job Summary:
Ensure safe, on-time flights by managing gate boarding, checking weight and balance details, and coordinating with airport crews. Every day, you'll help our flights stay on schedule and make sure our customers feel cared for, and our crews have what they need.

Job Duties:
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful situations
- Ability to read documents, follow instructions, learn and understand ramp operations procedures, rules and regulations
- Able to work under pressure and handle many functions at once with many different offices and/or groups of people
- Must work under tight time constraints to accomplish quick turns of aircraft
- Must possess good written and oral skills
- Must be able to communicate information and instructions verbally or via radio equipment
- Prepares dispatch release forms and collects weather reports
- Prepares weight and balance forms and arranges for fueling of aircraft as required
- Closes out flights; files and maintainsaccurate flight papers.
- Operates boarding bridge, coordinates boarding and deplaning customers
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain SIDA badge and meet all airport or state requirements.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Physical requirements:
- Must be able to frequently lift, greater than 70lbs and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.
Working conditions:
- Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
