Job Description
KAYGEN is an emerging leader in providing top talent for technology-based staffing services. We specialize in providing high-volume contingent staffing, direct hire staffing and project-based solutions to companies worldwide ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and Managed Service Providers (MSP) across a wide variety of industries. Aladdin Post Operations (Post Ops) - Contractor_US6 MonthsMost travel will be based on the East Coast of the US. Must be flexible. This role is primarily remote; however, there may be limited in-person travel around project milestones. Our current team travels 1x per month on average, but more likely 1x per quarter being client dependent.
- Responsibilities Own end to end post trade processing—including allocations, trade matching/confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations—across various asset classes.
- Manage Aladdin’s post trade modules and workflow queues to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Perform exception management and break resolution, driving root cause analysis and implementing permanent process fixes.
- Interface with market utilities such as DTCC, Omgeo, FIX, SWIFT, and CTM/OASYS to support trade affirmation and settlement activities.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of IBOR/ABOR data through strong controls, reconciliation workflows, and operational oversight
- Hands on experience with BlackRock Aladdin post trade workflows and modules. Strong understanding of trade lifecycle events, settlements, affirmations, and market utility platforms (DTCC, Omgeo, SWIFT, FIX, CTM/OASYS).
- Proven ability to conduct reconciliation analysis, resolve breaks, and reduce operational risk through robust root cause investigation.
- Proficiency with Excel and SQL for reconciliation validation, data analysis, reporting, and control metrics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills with the ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
