- Monitor alliance performance and identify opportunities for growth and enhanced collaboration.
- Lead the development, negotiation support, initiation, drafting, and execution of revenue-generating project agreements.*

- Maintain documentation and contract records while supporting ongoing compliance.
- Organize and facilitate Joint Steering Committee meetings and other governance forums.*

- Partner closely with internal teams including Research & Development, Legal, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Account Leadership.*

- Address partner concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.*

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.*
- Minimum of 3 years of Alliance Management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, or healthcare industry.*
- Proven ability to manage strategic partnerships and navigate complex cross-functional environments.*
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Salesforce and Conga.*
