3+ years of Alliance Management experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or diagnosticsBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related fieldPreferred:Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CongaCA-AM or CSAP certificationPosition Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Alliance Manager for a 1-year contract to drive contract execution, account growth, and operational governance across our key pharma partnerships. Working alongside internal account leadership, you will lead the end-to-end management of joint agreements, steer governance committees, and align cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure top-tier alliance performance.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned pharma/diagnostics partners to deliver on shared goals and broaden account scopeLead the initiation, drafting, and execution of revenue-generating project contractsFacilitate Joint Steering Committees, enforce contractual compliance, and assess overall alliance healthAddress partner conflicts proactively and facilitate alignment across internal R&D, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams
