Job Description

  • Our Allstate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our growing sales team. We are looking for sales associates for our Auto, Home & Life Insurance business.
  • The Gaudio Insurance Group finished #2 in the Country in 2021 and 2022 and #3 in 2023, #1 in 2024 ,#1 in 2025 and currently #1 in 2026. Through our dedicated Training Program we have seen a dramatic increase in sales with new employees joining our team.
  • TOP PERFORMERS who are self-motivated and coachable will thrive with our enhanced compensation plan. In addition, the opportunity to coach and run your own team is available within 6-9 months with strong performance.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Quote and close sales on warm-transfer prospects.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
Requirements
  • P&C Insurance Sales: 0-1 years - Proven track record selling over the phone.
  • Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation and a high-energy, positive approach
  • Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter
  • Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license
