Salary Range: $45000.00 - $175000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Generate new business through proactive prospecting and relationship building within the local community.
Effectively present and sell Allstate insurance products, focusing on Home and Auto lines.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions, providing personalized quotes and coverage explanations.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall group success.
Stay updated on insurance industry regulations, product changes, and competitive offerings.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
RequirementsActive Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health licenses are required.
Proven track record in insurance sales, ideally with experience in P&C lines.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and developing new business.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
A strong understanding of insurance products and market trends.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities.
