We have a wide range of property, liability, and asset protection solutions that we customize to fit specific coverage and budget needs.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Responsible for bringing new customers into the agency through outreach, referrals, and relationship-building
- Expected to grow a network of local partners and contacts to generate leads and build community presence
- Manage and nurture client relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction and trust
- Communicate coverage options clearly and recommend personalized solutions based on individual needs
- Represent the Allstate value proposition in a way that is clear, compelling, and client-focused
- Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions and support shared goals
- Deliver a high level of care and service in every interaction - treating each client like family
- Full onboarding and hands-on training provided - no insurance experience required
- Must be motivated, goal-oriented, and able to take initiative
- A passion for helping others and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skillsprofessional, respectful, efficient, and compassionate, both in person and over the phone
- Strong computer skills required, with the ability to navigate software systems and digital tools confidently
- Quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes; highly tech-savvy
- Consistently demonstrates the agency's core values: integrity, accountability, and trust
