Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing. Educate policyholders on their insurance coverage and available services. Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with agents to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements Personal Lines or P&C License preferred willing to train. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
