We are hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to advise clients on their property and casualty insurance needs while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The main responsibilities of this role will be primarily servicing existing accounts, while achieving cross-selling objectives and goals. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and values education-driven sales. You will work with team oriented driven professionals, follow a proven sales process, and receive top-tier training and support.

First-year earnings range from $45,000 to $60,000

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and deliver exceptional service
Educate clients on risks, coverage options, and solutions that fit their needs
Execute agency sales strategies to meet performance goals
Manage client accounts and ensure policies remain current and effective
Build and maintain long-term client and referral relationships

Requirements

An Active Property and Casualty license preferred, with licensing assistance available for the right candidate
Proven success in insurance sales or customer service
Prior Allstate experience is a plus
Positive, self-driven, and coachable mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
