Base salary starts at $40,000, first year total earnings around $60,000-$80,000, with our top earners earning as much as $120,000
Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
- Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Goal-oriented and driven by measurable success (sales targets, client satisfaction, etc.).
- Comfortable with outbound calling and digital client outreach.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence thrives in a competitive environment.
- Team player who contributes to a supportive, growth-focused office culture.
