Salary Range: $75000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Educate clients on Allstate products and recommend suitable coverage options.
Process new insurance applications and manage policy endorsements.

Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall agency success.
Stay updated on industry trends and product changes to offer the best advice.
RequirementsActive Iowa Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
Sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with insurance products is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in an office setting.
