Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their inquiries and providing excellent service.
Policy Customization: Tailor insurance plans to meet the unique needs of clients, offering personalized solutions.
Sales Target: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and customer engagement.
Community Engagement: Represent the agency in local community events to enhance visibility and network with potential clients.
Continuous Improvement: Actively learn about the latest products and services in the insurance industry to keep clients informed and offer the best solutions.
Documentation: Accurately maintain records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed properly.
RequirementsLicensing: Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License is preferred but not necessary. Licensing assistance is available.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to understanding and addressing client needs.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
