Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
Present and explain insurance policy options clearly and effectively, tailoring recommendations to individual circumstances.
Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant advice.
Process applications and manage policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
RequirementsProperty Casualty license is preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a related field.
Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
