Were seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will generate new business, retain clients, and contribute to the continued success of our agency. Youll enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule, continuous learning opportunities, and a strong foundation for long-term career advancement.

Base pay of $40,000 with first-year earnings around $60,000
Hybrid remote work flexibility

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Educate and advise customers on insurance options and coverage
Manage policy changes, renewals, and follow-ups
Cross-sell products to existing customers
Support the sales team and contribute to agency goals
Provide excellent service through consistent communication and follow-up

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to think creatively
Confidence, motivation, and dependability
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
