We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will build relationships with clients and help individuals/families find the right insurance solutions. With structured training, mentorship, and proven systems already in place, this position offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their insurance career to develop professionally.
- First-year expected earnings of $65,000-$85,000, with top performers earning up to $120,000

Responsibilities- Manage and respond to incoming CRM leads
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
- Identify client needs and present coverage options
- Quote, present, and close insurance policies
- Look for bundling opportunities to increase value
- Maintain organized CRM notes and follow-ups
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Comfortable making high outbound call volume
- Strong communication and sales confidence
- Organized with good time management
- Coachable and motivated to improve
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
