We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their insurance career who wants strong training, consistent lead flow, and clear earning potential. You will sell personal lines insurance while building lasting client relationships and contributing to a team that values ethical practices.
- Base salary of $40,000, with expected first year earnings around $60k
- Commission and performance-based bonus opportunities

Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and handle warm and live transfers
- Sell personal lines insurance, including auto, home, renters, condo, landlord, and recreational products
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction
- Track activity and results to meet individual and agency sales goals
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license
- Less than one year of insurance or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, proactive mindset, and strong work ethic
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for helping others
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the agency
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
