- Competitive base salary of $36,000 with expected first year earnings of $65,000 - $85,000 through commission and bonus opportunities

Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing clients
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads from various sources
- Educate prospects on how insurance solutions can protect their families and assets
- Present and sell Allstate insurance products tailored to customer needs
- Foster strong customer relationships through transparency and follow-through
- Represent the agency with professionalism and a client-first attitude
- An Active Property and Casualty License is required
- Strong interest in a sales-focused career; previous insurance experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
- Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Passion for helping others and contributing to a team environment
