Responsibilities
Consult with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
Explain policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions clearly and concisely.
Provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Process new business applications and ensure accurate data entry.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
RequirementsActive Texas Property & Casualty License (Required)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales.
Strong understanding of various insurance products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.
