This hybrid remote Insurance Sales Representative role is designed for top performers who thrive in a fast-moving, goal-oriented environment. - First-year earnings of $80,000 to $100,000 in base and commission

Responsibilities- Sell insurance products and meet production targets
- Build relationships with prospects and referral partners
- Present coverage options, create value, and close sales
- Maintain compliance with Allstate standards and regulatory guidelines
- Follow up on warm leads and document activity accurately
- Prior sales experience
- Active insurance license required
- Strong ability to prospect, present, and close sales
- Confident communicator who connects well with prospects
- Self motivated, goal driven, and capable of managing a high volume pipeline
