Unlicensed candidates must be willing and able to obtain their Property & Casualty license prior to starting.
This role is ideal for:
- Proven top performers / quota crushers in commission-based sales
- Candidates with experience in B2C sales, outbound calling, cold calling, or prospecting
- Individuals early in their career looking to build a high-income sales profession

Compensation & Incentives
- $65,000 $100,000+ annual earnings (base + uncapped commissions+ bonuses)
- No cap on commissions top producers earn significantly more
- $500 Sign-On Bonus for currently licensed P&C candidates

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow-up
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Close deals and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Leverage agency-provided leads while also self-generating opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and performance development
Required:
- Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven sales (top performers strongly encouraged)
- Experience with B2C prospecting, outbound sales, or cold calling
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Licensing:
- Licensed Candidates: Active Washington State P&C License (preferred)
- Unlicensed Candidates: Must be willing to obtain P&C license before start date (training support provided)
