ESG Sport Lyon, école experte en sport business, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine du management commercial sportif, un(e) Manager de Business Unit Sport Junior en contrat d'alternance.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe business & développement sportif, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Participer au pilotage d'une business unit sport

  • Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie commerciale

  • Analyser les performances économiques (CA, marges, KPI)

  • Participer au développement des ventes et partenariats

  • Suivre les budgets et tableaux de bord

  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (marketing, retail, logistique)

  • Participer aux projets stratégiques liés au partenariat Adidas

  • Réaliser des reportings et recommandations managériales

Profil :

Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d'un Bac+3 dans le domaine du commerce, du management ou du sport business.

  • Management de business unit

  • Développement commercial

  • Analyse financière et KPI

  • Gestion de projet

  • Techniques de négociation

  • Marketing opérationnel
