We are the largest broker in our industry with over a billion dollars in business, 26 offices across 4 countries, 100+ lender partners. We help small business owners access capital when banks move too slowly or say no. And right now, with the economy keeping small businesses under pressure, our leads are up and we are expanding our Queens team to meet the demand.

What You'll Do

• Speak directly with small business owners every day
• Build trust and identify what clients genuinely need
• Generate funding applications and manage your pipeline
• Follow up consistently and keep relationships alive
• Build your own book of business from the ground up
• Work toward running your own desk — and for the right people, your own office

Wall Street Earnings — Right Here in Queens

• 100% commission: no base, no cap, no ceiling
• 20% to 40% per deal closed
• Year-one OTE: $80,000 – $150,000
• No annual reviews. No asking for a raise. You earn what you produce.
• A base salary is a ceiling in disguise, we don't believe in that

Year one you're learning the business, building your pipeline, and finding your footing.

Year two is a completely different lane: consistent clients, a book of business that returns to you, and income that compounds rather than restarting every month.
