Job Description

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THURSDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS.

Altitude Sky Lounge is seeking an experienced Barback to join their team! Located on the rooftop of the San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter hotel, Altitude is a fast paced environment with an energetic atmosphere and spectacular views.

This position is part time and is eligble for some benefits.

This position pays $17.75 per hour.

Job Duties:

Responsible for set-up and closing of the bar, assisting bartenders, service and clean up of bar area while enduring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of Marriott standards and profit maximization.

Setting up the bar, maintaining cleanliness and par levels during business operations, closing down the bar and assisting bartenders.
Organizing the walk-in, reach-in coolers and areas of storage.
Ensuring that all glassware is cleaned properly stored and stocked.
Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
Know and comply with all state liquor laws.
Ensure established pars are maintained.
