We’re looking for an experienced Aluminum Welder to join a busy manufacturing team in Bridgton! If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with your hands, and know your way around a welding torch, this could be a great opportunity to put your skills to use.

What You’ll Do:As a Shipping & Receiving / Yard Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Perform MIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Measure, fit, and position materials for welding
  • Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and appearance
  • Use welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow production, quality, and safety standards

What You’ll Bring:The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Previous aluminum welding experience
  • Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or fabrication drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
