Aluminum Welder $23.00 $28.00+/hour in Omaha, NELooking for a skilled welding role with strong pay and long-term potential? Join a growing manufacturing team in Omaha, NE as an Aluminum Welder. This 1st shift opportunity offers competitive wages, steady hours and a hands-on fabrication environment.Location: Omaha, NEPosition Type: Direct HirePay: $23.00 $28.00+/hour depending on experienceShift: 1st Shift, 5 8 s (Monday Friday schedule)What You ll Be Doing MIG and TIG weld aluminum and stainless-steel components Lay out, fit, and assemble structural metal parts Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications Set up welding equipment and perform precision welding work Use hand and power tools (grinders, impacts, wrenches, etc.) Cut, repair, and rework metal components as needed Inspect welds and ensure product quality standards are met Follow 5S, safety and quality proceduresWhat We re Looking For 2 5 years of MIG/TIG welding experience Aluminum and stainless-steel TIG welding experience required Blueprint reading skills required Strong problem-solving and quality-focused mindset Welding certification or technical training preferredPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, crouch and climb as needed Frequent lifting of heavy materials Strong dexterity for precision welding work Work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise and fumesWhy Apply Competitive hourly pay up to $28+/hour Health, dental & life insurance 401(k) plan Paid vacation, personal time and holidays Profit sharing and tuition reimbursement Stable, safety-focused manufacturing environment Long-term career growth opportunitiesIf you re an experienced welder who takes pride in precision work, apply today!#gethiredomaha
