AM Bistro Server/Cook

Courtyard Marriott Airport is a welcoming, guest-centered hotel dedicated to providing top-notch service and memorable experiences. We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Bistro Attendant to join our team! HIRING FOR BOTH AM and PM SHIFTS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook a range of menu items according to hotel standards, focusing on quality and presentation.
• Order Taking & Service: Greet guests warmly, take food and drink orders, and serve them in a timely and friendly manner.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized bistro area, including tables, kitchen stations, and prep areas. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Inventory & Stocking: Help manage bistro supplies and inventory, restocking as needed.
• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing questions or concerns and creating a welcoming dining experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Skills: Basic cooking skills, strong communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
