Job Description

The Blackbird is hiring a full-time Server to join our team!

We’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate provides friendly, attentive service and enjoys working as part of a strong team to create a great experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members
Check in with guests throughout their dining experience
Process guest payments accurately
Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
Work together with the team during busy services
Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests

Qualifications

Previous serving or restaurant experience is preferred
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tables and guest needs

Availability

Brunch availability is required, including weekends as scheduled.

Full-time hours are available.
