Amcomm Comcast Supervisor Indy/Fort Wayne

Job Summary: We are seeking an Amcomm Comcast Supervisor for the Indy/Fort Wayne area to oversee a team of communication technicians. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all installations and repairs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred- Previous experience in a telecommunications or related field- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems and equipment- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesResponsibilities:- Supervise a team of communication technicians in the Indy/Fort Wayne area- Ensure all installations and repairs are completed on time and meet quality standards- Provide training and guidance to team members- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction- Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally- Maintain accurate records of work completed and inventoryAdditional Requirements:- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed- Willingness to travel within the designated area- Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus
