Job Description
Are you compassionate, outgoing, and ready to make a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) that know American Sign Language (ASL) to join our diverse and dynamic team in various locations across LA and Orange Counties!

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
- Play a key role as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate.
- Support clients in areas such as:
- Community Access
- Personal Care
- Medical Appointments
- Peer Interactions
- Recreational Activities
What We're Looking For:
- Good Judgment & Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- A passion for helping others and the willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Individuals that know American Sign Language whether you are hearing or deaf/hard of hearing
- Be 21+ years old
- Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License
- Must pass a background check
- Previous experience in human services is a plus
