This is an opportunity to support a successful legal team across Insurance Defense, Labor & Employment, and Commercial Litigation, working alongside a collaborative, true team environment.
What You'll Do:
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
- Prepare and file documents in California state and federal courts.
- Handle federal e-filing through PACER/CM/ECF.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and client communications.
- Assist with document management, billing coordination, and administrative support.
- Utilize iManage and other legal technology platforms.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting litigation attorneys in a law firm setting.
- Strong California state and federal e-filing experience.
- Technical proficiency with document management and legal software (iManage preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
