Job Title: Ammunition and Explosives (A&E) AnalystJob Location: Redstone Arsenal, AlabamaPosition: Full TimeSecurity Clearance: SECRET We are looking for an experienced Ammunition and Explosives (A&E) Analyst who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to provide essential support to our government client.Duties and Responsibilities:Work closely with mid-to-senior-level government officials, delivering a wide range of programmatic functions.Ensure the safe and effective oversight of ammunition and explosives, covering handling, storage, transportation, and disposal, all in compliance with military regulations and safety standards.Evaluate and enhance AE programs across various facilities, offering recommendations for the improvement of complex experimental program management processes and systems.Analyze the impact of new or revised explosive, occupational safety, and environmental guidelines on Directorate programs and resources.Contribute to team studies focused on facility upgrades or significant improvements, which may require considerable agency resources or changes to existing procedures, coordinating with senior leadership to implement proposed solutions.Comprehensive knowledge of Army explosive and occupational safety and environmental objectives, methodologies for assessing the value of experimental program outcomes against technical, financial, and administrative targets, and familiarity with support service contracting policies relevant to experimental support functions.Apply appropriate risk assessment methodologies and develop detailed hazard analyses to ensure comprehensive safety oversight. Required Qualifications:BS or BA in related field

Minimum 10 years' related experience

Experience managing military A&E programs

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)Secret security clearance Navigator is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
