Warehouse Associate 

Pay: $22.00/hour 

Job Summary 

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support receiving, inventory, material handling, and shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position focused on maintaining accurate inventory, safely moving materials, and ensuring production teams have the supplies needed to meet schedules.  

Responsibilities 

• Receive, inspect, unpack, and put away incoming materials. 

• Verify quantities and part numbers against shipping and receiving documents. 

• Pick, kit, and stage materials for production. 

• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. 

• Safely operate approved material-handling equipment. 

• Package and stage products and materials for shipment. 

• Complete warehouse documentation and inventory transactions. 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. 

• Communicate material shortages, delivery issues, and inventory concerns to the appropriate team members. 

Qualifications 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 

• Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, stretch, and perform physical warehouse duties. 

• Comfortable standing, sitting, or walking throughout an 8-hour shift. 

• Ability to work around varying temperatures and noise levels. 

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures in English. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy.  

Preferred Experience 

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience. 

• Forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, or similar equipment experience. 

• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems. 

• Cycle-counting or barcode-scanning experience.  

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, on-site.  

Production Associate 

Pay: $23.00/hour 

Job Summary 

We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Production Associate to support assembly and manufacturing operations. This position involves assembling mechanical and electromechanical components while following established safety, quality, and production procedures. On-the-job training is provided.  

Responsibilities 

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using work instructions and drawings. 

• Complete daily production tasks according to established schedules. 

• Follow quality-control and safety procedures. 

• Perform material-handling activities to support production. 

• Package and prepare finished products for transfer or shipment. 

• Complete production records and tracking documentation accurately. 

• Identify and report defects or production issues. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 

• Communicate production status, material needs, and issues to team members.  

Qualifications 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. 

• Comfortable working around machinery, tools, and industrial equipment. 

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and safety procedures in English. 

• Strong attention to detail. 

• Commitment to workplace safety and product quality. 

• Ability to follow schedules and meet production deadlines. 

• Willingness to learn new processes and complete required training.  

Preferred Experience 

• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience. 

• Basic mechanical aptitude. 

• Experience using hand or power tools. 

• Electronic assembly or soldering experience. 

• Forklift or pallet jack experience. 

• Ability to read mechanical drawings or electrical schematics. 

• Previous quality inspection or production documentation experience.  

Work Environment: On-site, five days per week.
