Job Description

Job Title: Analyst 2 - Technology Engineering Location: Raritan, NJ

Salary Range: $43.90

Introduction

We are seeking a professional with expertise in technology engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in simulation, data analytics, and digital technologies to support operational decision-making and process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 years of hands-on experience with Simio.
  • Working knowledge of Databricks, SQL, and data analysis workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Python, process optimization, digital twins, or manufacturing systems analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics and data engineering practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Simio models for manufacturing, supply chain, or operational processes.
  • Analyze simulation results to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and support business decisions.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and Databricks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define simulation requirements and translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
  • Prepare technical reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
