Key Responsibilities
- Partner with knowledge management leadership to support SharePoint Modernisation initiatives
- Consult with internal departments to assess, classify, and migrate content
- Guide users through the transition from SharePoint Classic to Modern experiences
- Design and propose effective solutions for organising and communicating information
- Administer digital content repositories, libraries, and workflows
- Document knowledge, processes, and best practices for training and reference
- Develop and deliver individual and group training sessions
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
- Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content management, knowledge management, or records management
- Strong experience with SharePoint Modern
- Hands‑on experience with SharePoint sites, libraries, and architecture
- Proven experience working directly with customers or internal users
- Experience documenting processes and developing training materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating end‑user documentation
- Exposure to enterprise content governance or intranet design best practices
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
