Job Description

Shape the technology that powers how we attract, hire, and grow talent! As an Analyst, HR Technology - Talent & Recruiting, you'll own the day-to-day performance of our talent, recruiting, performance, and talent experience platforms, from configuration and testing to issue resolution and ongoing enhancements.

You'll play a key role in implementing and managing our Talent Management System, partnering closely with Talent, Recruiting, IT and business stakeholders to keep platforms running smoothly and to bring roadmap initiatives to life. It's an opportunity to build scalable, human-centered solutions that make the experience better for candidates, team members, and HR stakeholders.
