  • Financing Deliverables- Evaluate, prepare, draft, and compile legal exhibits, certifications, schedules, and other deliverables required for debt financings.
  • Stakeholder Coordination- Serve as a liaison between the Debt Finance team and internal stakeholders (Development, Real Estate, Legal, Engineering, Construction, Asset Management) and external parties (surveyors, developers, contractors, consultants), driving curative actions and closing out open diligence items.
  • Pipeline Tracking & Reporting- Monitor and track the status of financing workstreams across the pipeline, and prepare regular status reports on diligence progress, outstanding items, and funding readiness.
